• Spinal Injuries Association, Frank Williams Academy, and their event management partner (White Event Production) will collect basic information from you for the purpose of the management of this event. As well as the form data, your IP address will also be logged.
• Your data is collected via this securely hosted delegate management system and stored in a database not accessible by anyone other than our event management partners.
• Spinal Injuries Association, Frank Williams Academy, and their event management partners agree not to share any information gathered from this registration purpose with any third parties.
• All data will be destroyed within 30 days post-event. You may also request the deletion of your personal data at any point prior to the 30-day automatic deletion by emailing support@ereg.events.
• We agree to notify you within 72 hours of any breaches of your data via our delegate management system as well as the relevant data protection authorities.
